Adam demonstrated success in marketing properties on the Sunshine Coast & North Brisbane with results ranging from $500,000 - $5 million. Some of Adam’s highest sales have gone through with little or no public attention, something that our clientele often prefer.
As a local property owner and investor, himself, Adam has an impressive area knowledge that boosts his credibility with clients, despite his laid-back persona, he is very much a high-achieving professional at the top of his game, particularly excelling in the beachside and waterfront markets, also securing exceptional results across the wider region.
Adam is an experienced licensed agent with a strong background in the construction industry spanning more than 20 years, a strong interest in property investment, projects and selling off-the-plan developments.
When Adam finished his schooling in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, he initially worked in the maritime industry on the docks prior to moving into construction where he worked as a Tower Crane operator on projects in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, as well as major projects for a multinational company in London.
Over the years he has built up a large network of contacts in the building/property/construction and waterfront industries and continues to grow this network at every opportunity. He is well respected by his colleagues and industry peers, and his clients speak glowingly of his service and professionalism.
